We are looking to hire a line/prep cook to work in our kitchen. Listed below are the responsibilities and qualifications/experience.
Responsibilities include:- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies - Prepare food for service - Cook menu items in cooperation with rest of the staff - Stock inventory appropriately - Comply with sanitation and nutrition regulations and safety standards - Maintain a positive and professional approach with co workers and customers
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven cooking experience
- Excellent understanding of the various cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
- Accuracy and speed in executing the assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry's best practices
