Details:
Under the direction of the administration supervisor, customer service representatives provide reception, registration and cashier services at the Strathcona Gardens Recreation Complex. Excellent customer service, cash handling and problem-solving skills are essential in this position, along with the flexibility to work varied shifts including days, evenings and weekends. Hours are determined by program registrations and special events.
Qualifications & Experience:
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATES
• Grade 12 including bookkeeping
• Office procedures and computer application software (MS Office) courses
• First-Aid & CPR "C" Certificate
• WHMIS
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR "C" certificate
EXPERIENCE
• One year including, cash handling, working with the public, electronic point of sale system, use of a computer, and phone operation.
• Recreation Software/Facility Booking training preferred
