Details:
Office Administrator duties would be answering phones, answering customer emails, booking customer appointments, filing, processing invoices, accounts payable and receivable, some parts ordering, and overall organization of our office. Hours are Mon - Fri 9am to 2pm.
Qualifications & Experience:
The successful applicant will be positive, energetic, and professional. Computer experience is a must. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Good communication skills. Wage will be determined. This is a contract position. High School Diploma. 2 years related experience.
