Details:
Temporary position, approx. 8 hour/week until the end of September (Wednesday's are preferable) to start immediately
• Process invoices for payment through Sage 50 Accounting Software
• Enter data in accordance with a specific format
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data
• Other Administrative tasks are assigned including filing
Qualifications & Experience:
• Actively enrolled in a University/College is preferred
• Administrative/Customer Service experience an asset
• Exceptional organizational skills, with high attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
• Able to pass pre-employment criminal background check
• Takes all precautions for the protection of Confidential Information
