Dolphins Resort is looking for a highly motivated, friendly, and detail oriented professional to join our front desk team. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment and must have exceptional customer service skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Welcome and register arriving guests and respond to all guest inquiries.
• Collect and maintain information on the resort and surrounding area.
• Make reservations for restaurant guests.
• Answer guest inquiries in a timely manner.
• Process group arrivals and departures.
• Process telephone calls.
• Make, cancel and amend room reservations.
• Provide information on resort facilities and services as well as general information about attractions and activities in the area.
• Must have experience with excel & word.
• Working shifts as business levels dictate, including weekends and holidays.
• A knowledge of saltwater & freshwater fishing is an asset.
