Position: Housekeeper
Reporting to: General Manager & Front Desk Manager
The key responsibilities and skills for this position are as follows:
Customer Experience:
• Primarily responsible for the room attendance and cleaning services at the resort
• Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
• Clean and maintain guest units while keeping up with standards set by the Front Desk Manager and General Manager
• Clean and maintain resort common areas while keeping up with standards set by the Front Desk Manager and General Manager
• Assist guests with all questions and reasonable requests
• Ensure accurate information is provided to all clients with respect to Gowlland Harbour Resort
Leadership:
• Embrace Change and be a change agent for the organization
• Act as a catalyst for the environment that strives for continuous improvement
• Active & positive communication with co workers and management to create an efficient and enjoyable work environment
Planning & Organization
• Full compliance with operational policies set out by management
• Keep organized and up to date inventories of all housekeeping Supplies and report to management when purchasing is required
• Full compliance with all health and safety regulations as set out by management
• Stock and maintain any housekeeping supply rooms
• Maintain a clean and tidy appearance
• Maintain clean and tidy work area
• Perform any laundry duties
