Duties Includes:
Daily operation of front desk
Greeting patients and other guests and making them feel welcome.
Ensure information regarding clients is kept confidential.
Provide information as required to WCB, insurers, CBI, and others.
Preparing, organizing, and maintaining client charts
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2 years office experience. Ability to multitask, offer exceptional customer service and computer literate. (Windows and Excel)
Very busy health clinic. Strong organizational and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a dynamic team environment. Warm, friendly telephone manner.
