Details:
Part time on call vacation replacement, leading to on-call casual shifts, plus more opportunity for hours as per needed when required for catering or special occasions.
Duties include: Organize and prep your station, execute meals according to the menu details. Must be clean and work according to food safe regulations. Multi tasking is a big part of the position. Catering prep work will be required as well. Will be covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.

Qualifications & Experience:
Four year minimum experience in a high volume kitchen environment. Must be efficient for line cooking, multi tasking and to work as a team player. Must be willing to work all shifts which will include early mornings, late shifts, and weekends. Must have food safe, and Red seal would be an asset.
Catering experience an asset.
