This job is based out of Port McNeill
*Preparing, seasoning and cooking of all meals
*Maintain high levels of food safety through strong culinary techniques
*Ensure cleanliness standards are met throughout the kitchen
*Menu planning, budgeting and grocery order submission
Qualifications & Experience:
*Red Seal Journeyman Chef Certification an Asset
*Previous camp experience an asset
*Must have Food Safe Certification
*Must be able to lift/move up to 50lbs throughout a work shift
*Must be able to work comfortably and maintain high levels of performance during a work shift
*Level 3 First Aid an asset
