Marine Centre Agent

Marine Centre Agents are responsible for efficient and accurate reservation processes. They display extensive product knowledge and ensure smooth operation procedures with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities. Maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction and strong communication with other resort departments is a priority.
Key Responsibilities: • Greet guests in a friendly, upbeat, courteous, and professional manner
• Cross-reference reservations and inventory on computer systems • Update and maintain weekly schedules of guides and various activities • Effectively handle guest requests e.g. fish processing, guide requests, fishing licenses • Address concerns and resolve problems in a timely manner • Ensure smooth and complete check-in procedures, e.g. waivers, licenses, gear • Verify and adjust guest accounts and charges • Communicate effectively with various resort departments • Order and maintain accurate inventory, e.g. lunches and sundries
• Clean and check all activity gear, e.g. suits, flotation devices, jackets • Oversee accurate issuing and recording of tidal waters fishing licenses for sport fishing • Prepare and record fish-processing forms according to guest inquiry • Process credit/debit transactions and prepare end of day cash-reports •Assist with other duties within or outside of department as assigned
