Instructor – Practical Nurse (PN) Program
School of Health Sciences
Discovery Community College – Campbell River campus
Instruct all courses in the Practical Nursing program within the guidelines and using the curriculum provided by the College.
Instructors must support the College’s mission statement and objectives in the learning and teaching environment. Instructors should be caring and supportive with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
This position is ongoing, subject to sufficient student numbers.
WORK SCHEDULE:
This is a part time position approximately 20 hours per week. Teaching schedules may vary and applicants should be available to teach days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications & Experience:
Applicants must have:
• Current practicing license with one of CLPNBC, CRNBC, or CRPNBC.
• Credential in adult education or equivalent or in progress.
• Minimum three years of recent relevant practice experience.
